Refund policy

Made to Order All Folklár products are printed and crafted individually when you place your order. As each item is made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at sales@folklar.ie with a photo of the issue and your order number, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

EU Customers Please note that under EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to a customer's specifications or clearly personalised — which includes all print-on-demand items.
